Classified Title Child Psychologist
Classified Description

Edelson & Associates is a Louisville-based private practice established in 1980. We continue to grow, and seek to add a licensed clinical child psychologist to our group. The practice specializes in comprehensive neuropsychological evaluations for pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations. Our clinicians work closely with pediatricians, family physicians, neurologists, psychiatrists, and many other healthcare providers, ensuring steady referral sources.

While training and experience in neuropsychological evaluations, and use of the ADOS-2 and Battelle are desired, on-site teaching can be provided for the right candidate. Edelson & Associates is a collegial and supportive environment, with the majority of our clinicians having been part of the practice for the past five (or many more) years. We have an excellent office staff which provides insurance credentialing, billing, appointment scheduling, and transcription services, in order to minimize non-clinical paperwork. All office space and furnishings, testing equipment, and test scoring services are also provided by the practice.

The clinicians’ schedules are flexible, and many of our psychologists do not work in the office five days per week. The position offers competitive pay, 401K retirement with company contributions, and liability insurance coverage. Income is based on hours billed, not percentage collected, and earning potential is in excess of $100,000 per year. Please visit us at www.edelsonandassociates.info for more information about our practice.
