Virtual Poster Submission Instructions
Create your poster using a template in Microsoft PowerPoint. You will upload that file following the instructions below
If you are submitting for the undergraduate poster competition, please save your poster with the file name: Last Name_UGPoster_Title of Poster
If you are submitting for the graduate poster competition, please save your poster with the file name: Last Name_GPoster_Title of Poster
If you are submitting Emerging Research, please save your poster with the file name: Last Name_EmergingResearch_Title of Poster
To Upload your Poster
Go to https://osf.io/meetings/KPSC2022
Add your poster or talk to the KPSC2023 OSF site
Send an email to the following address (from the email account you would like used on the OSF):
The format of the email should be as follows:
Subject
Title of your poster
Message body
Presentation abstract
Attachment
Your PowerPoint poster file
Once sent, OSF will follow-up by sending you the permanent identifier that others can use to cite your work; you can also login and make changes, such as uploading additional files, to your project at that URL.
If you didn't have an OSF account, one will be created automatically and a link to set your password will be emailed to you; if you do, OSF will create a new project in your account. By creating an account you agree to OSF's Terms and that you have read OSF's Privacy Policy, including their information on Cookie Use.
